We’re looking for a detail-oriented team member who can handle both the creative side (adjusting customer print files in Photoshop) and the front-facing side (communicating with customers via phone, email, and in person). Bilingual English/Spanish is a must — many of our customers prefer to communicate in Spanish and we want them to feel at home.
- – Proficient in Adobe Photoshop — resizing, color correction, bleed setup, and file cleanup for print
- – Friendly and professional customer communication — in person, by phone, and by email
- – Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- – Able to manage multiple jobs under same-day turnaround pressure
- – Experience with print production, signage, or a print shop is a plus but not required
- – Reliable, punctual, and a self-starter
