FlyersATL is opening a new production facility in Gwinnett County, and we’re looking for a customer service representative who’s just as comfortable on the phone with a customer as they are opening a file in Photoshop or Illustrator.
We’re a same-day and next-day commercial print company — speed and accuracy matter on every order. This role is the voice of FlyersATL for walk-in and phone customers, and the first set of eyes on customer files before they hit the press. You’ll help customers figure out what they need, take orders, answer questions on turnaround and pricing, and clean up or tweak artwork so it’s ready to print — resizing a flyer, fixing bleed and margins, swapping text, adjusting colors for print.
What you’ll do:
- Answer phone and in-person customer questions — pricing, turnaround times, order status, product options
- Take and process orders accurately, with attention to deadlines
- Open, review, and edit customer-submitted files in Photoshop and Illustrator (resizing, bleed/margin fixes, text edits, color adjustments)
- Flag files that need bigger design work or aren’t print-ready, and communicate that clearly to customers
- Keep orders moving smoothly between the front counter and the production floor
- Help build a great first impression for FlyersATL’s brand-new Gwinnett location
Required qualifications:
- Hands-on proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator — required, not optional. You should be able to open a customer file and confidently make print-ready edits without guidance.
- Strong phone and in-person customer service skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
Preferred (not required):
- Prior experience in a print shop, sign shop, or design-adjacent customer service role
- Familiarity with print production terms (bleed, CMYK, DPI, file setup)
