Press Operator — Job Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain commercial digital production presses (Ricoh Pro series or equivalent)
- Run finishing equipment for cutting, folding, and booklet-making (Duplo experience a strong plus)
- Manage color accuracy, paper handling, and press setup on tight, same-day deadlines
- Troubleshoot press and finishing equipment issues in real time
- Help establish workflow and quality standards for a newly launched production floor
Qualifications for This Printing Job
- Hands-on experience operating commercial digital presses
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven print production environment
- Strong eye for color, registration, and finished-product quality
- Reliable — same-day promises to customers start with a reliable press operator
- Bonus: experience with Duplo finishing equipment or EFI Fiery print servers
